Contest excludes employees, immediate family members, vendors and suppliers of Waukegan Tire. Winner will be notified via email. Prize will be forfeited if winner fails to claim prize by March 31, 2019.
No cash refunds. Sales tax will be charged on the original value before applying prize. Federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are solely the responsibility of the winner, who will receive a 1099 tax form reflecting the actual value of the prize if the prize value exceeds $600.
