If you need to return or exchange an item, please call us at 1-800-675-5305 (ask for Sales Department) for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and packaging instructions. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery, assuming the product has not been used or driven on.

Credit amounts will be calculated as follows:

• Tires or Wheels: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted.
• Tire & Wheel Package: Credit less $100 labor charge for dismount and less all freight charges incurred.
• Special Order Items: Special order items are not returnable.
• Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment by cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.
• If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact us at 1-800-675-5305. We will report the damage to the shipper and schedule a reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to Waukegan Tire.
