I had concerns about my alignment. Stop and lucky I was able to get in right away. They checked and told me what I needed to have done. I was happy with overall experience.

I always get great service here and this visit on a Saturday morning was no exception.. I spoke to Nicole on the phone prior to my visit and she said to come in and they’d get me in. She was courteous and prompt and they fixed my tire problem quickly. I’ve purchased several sets of tires at this location, always a good experience! Thank you!

They are so nice and helpful. Being there to pick up a vehicle and it needed a battery and a new tire ,and being from out of town,they really took care of the situation. Johnny Alvarez went the extra mile for me and he deserves recognition for that. Thank you Johnny for being so kind and taking such care of this Southern Gal. We have gone to Waukegan Tire several times now over the years. I have never had a bad experience. They are always friendly and professional. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. Almost everytime they have been able to patch my tire instead of having me buy a new one. Their pricing is very reasonable! Their waiting area is decent with tv and comfy seats if you are going to wait there. Still my go to place for all my tire needs!

This is one of Many times using Waukegan Tire . They are very friendly and fast! They reminded me of my 1973 Mustang I brought in to have new Wheels and tires put on years ago. The guys up front are great and the mechanics ( fast and no further trouble with the cars ever for the trouble I was having or what I bought) I already have recommended you guys to friends and one will be in for their check engine light that keeps coming back on after other garages say it’s fixed. Fantastic automotive tire store!
From my initial call with Robert earlier this week to departing their location with 4 new tires yesterday mounted on my SUV, the whole buying experience at Waukegan Tire was excellent and could not have gone any better!
Robert was able to get my special-sized tires delivered the next morning from Michelin and I was able to come over the same day to have them installed. Their technician did a beautiful job of mounting and installing my new tires while I waited and very importantly he treated my car and special wheels with great care!
I would not hesitate to recommend Waukegan Tire for anyone’s tires needs; I am now a new longterm customer!
P.S. And I was referred to Robert by another 20-year longterm customer!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They have always treated me great. I have purchased 2 sets of tires here for my vehicles in 2022. Also, I had service done on a tire with a leak.
They were very fast, courteous and just great!

The wait felt a little long but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Remember if your place that that you visit isn't busy that should make you think. But they always do a good job and the prices are fair.

Friendly, quick, and reliable service!
After getting a screw in my tire, Waukegan Tire was able to permanently repair my tire after I previously visited a different tire company that said they couldn't repair it. They saved me from having to unexpectedly purchase new tires! Highly recommend and I'll be back!

I brought in 2 cars for tires, chose to wait for one of them. They got it done fairly quick considering how busy they were. After I left they called me shortly after to let me know the other car was ready. Great service
