What an experience this morning. The two employees who has the keys couldn't be reached by the Saturday morning crew. The one employee desperately tried to connect with the two but no luck. Luckily, the Park City employee who gas access to the security cameras happen to look and saw numerous customers waiting. He took his personal time to drive up to open. The doors were finally opened just after 8:30. The service was exceptional in getting all checked in and service started. A front desk employee arrived after 9. I finally left at 9:40 after arriving at 7:30. I also didn't like the attitude of the employee who arrived late.
